# FAQ

> Common questions about Submito.

> [accordion] Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
>
> Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and your new quota takes effect immediately. You can cancel whenever you want from your [billing page](https://submito.dev/dashboard/billing).

> [accordion] What happens if I exceed my submission limit?
>
> Submissions beyond your monthly quota are rejected with a `429` response and are not delivered. Your quota resets automatically at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit.

> [accordion] Is there a free trial for paid plans?
>
> The Free plan lets you test Submito with up to 100 submissions per month — no time limit, no credit card required. It's a permanent free tier, not a trial.

> [accordion] What does 'coming soon' mean on the pricing page?
>
> These features are actively being built. They will be unlocked automatically for eligible plans when released — no extra charge.

> [accordion] Can I use Submito with any frontend framework?
>
> Yes. Submito is framework-agnostic. As long as you can make an HTTP POST request with JSON, you can use Submito — React, Vue, Svelte, Next.js, plain JavaScript, mobile apps, and more.

> [accordion] What if I lose my API key?
>
> Go to your dashboard → Workspace → API Key section → Revoke your current key and generate a new one. Your existing quota count will be preserved.

> [accordion] Can I have multiple forms?
>
> Yes. You can create multiple forms in your workspace, each with its own unique endpoint URL.

> [accordion] I'm not receiving emails. What should I do?
>
> Check our [Email Notifications](https://docs.submito.dev/reference/email-notifications.md) page for troubleshooting steps.
